Notes on tasting
This is a fantastic ruby red passito wine, obtained from native grapes harvested late, when the sugary substances are very concentrated.
It has a supple, velvety taste and an intense bouquet of cooked red fruit, wild berries and a vague hint of pine resin.

Dining combinations
Combines very well with dry pastry without creams and homemade biscuits, or after dinner while conversing. A wine for meditation.
