Rugra

Name
Veneto red vinified with overripe grapes

Vine species
Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet, Merlot, Oseleta

Notes on tasting
Rugra is the result of late pressing of six varieties of grapes, when the slightly wilted bunches hold the sweetest and most noble substances. Full-bodied, round, rich in perfumes of cooked fruit, spices and chocolate.
It is a well-structured alcoholic wine, but very supple to the palate. The bouquet has nuances of chocolate and tobacco upon opening the bottle, while an inebriating perfume of cherries under spirits emerges with oxygenation in the glass.

Dining combinations
Combines well with red meats, wild game and cold cuts, as well as seasoned or spicy cheeses. It is also a wine of meditation.
Decant and serve in large glasses to exalt its perfumes.
