The gravelly soil of glacial origin and the mild climate of Lake Garda have always been well suitable for the cultivation of olives.

Fruity, light, with low acidity.
It is a choice raw oil on greens, fish and meats.
It has obtained the Protected Designation of Origin, an important recognition to protect the quality and territory of Lake Garda.
